Owen, Monroe, Brown, Bartholomew, Greene, and Lawrence Counties.

Region 11:

Jackson, Jennings, Orange, Washington, Scott, Jefferson, Switzerland, Crawford, Harrison, Floyd, and Clark Counties.

Region 12:

Knox, Daviess, Martin, Gibson, Pike, Dubois, Posy, Vanderburg, Warrick, Spencer, and Perry Counties.
