Each year the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH),in conjunction with the Comprehensive HIV Services Planning and Advisory Council (Advisory Council), maintains and updates a list of resources available for individuals with HIV by District.
Below is a link to download the Resource Guide (last updated January 2009). The Resource Guide is your source for HIV Resources available in your area.

WARNING: The Resource Guide is 257 pages, therefore, if you chose to print the Resource Guide instead of viewing it with Adobe Acrobat Reader, ONLY print the pages that you need for your District (p.s. the word "District" and "Region" are interchangeable and the Resource Guide uses the word "Region" - it means the same as "District" ).
