Region 4:

   Newton, Jasper,Benton, White, Warren, Fountain, Carrollco, Montgomery, and Clinton Counties.

Region5:

   Grant, Delaware, Blackford, Jay, and Randolph Counties.

Region 6:

   Cass, Miami, Howard, Tipton, Hamilton, Hancock, and Madison Counties.
