CLICK HERE to view and download.

This document version was developed and created in 2009 and is the integration of the former CAB Policies and Procedures Manual and the Advisory Council Policies and Procedures Manual.  This document integrates the Consumer Advisory Bureau into a standing committee of the Advisory Council rather than an organization outside the Advisory Council.

This is the latest version available.

This document outlines the goals, objectives, policies, procedures and process to be followed by the Indiana Comprehensive HIV Services and Planning and Advisory Council (Advisory Council), a program mandated by Ryan White Act to ensure Consumers and Providers have a voice in the development of programs and HIV medical related services to ensure Hoosiers with HIV are receiving those services needed by Hoosiers with HIV.
