District 4 gains new
District Representative!

On behalf of the Full Membership of the  Consumer Advisory Board (CAB), it is CAB's pleasure to welcome aboard the Newest District Representative, Michelle Leaman serving District 4 in Central Region of Indiana (Lafayette Area, Tippecanoe County and surrounding counties).

Michelle comes to CAB with a tremendous amount of experience working with, and on behalf of HIV+ individuals, gaining much of her experience during her time in Jamaica.  Michelle served as President of the Network of PWA's (People With Aids') in Jamaica and she is certified Peer Counselor.

Central Region Consumer Forum
"Learning and Living Well"
July 29, 2009

The Indiana Consumer Advisory Board  (CAB) will host the third in a series of Consumer Forums.  This Consumer Forum  will be held at the Primo Banquet and Conference Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

It is designed for HIV+ individuals in the Central Region of Indiana to provide information on health related concerns and how the Central Region of Indiana is performing in relation to Learning and Living Well,  and Care Coordination for HIV+ individuals. 

This is an opportunity for HIV+ individuals in the 
Central Region to meet their CAB Representatives.  This includes Districts 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 in Central Indiana.

If you live in the Central Region, you can locate and learn name of your Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) District Representative. 

This event is open to ALL individuals who are HIV+ in the Central Region, whether or not an individual is enrolled in Care Coordination. 

The event is FREE, but you must RSVP to Lisa Lloyd, Advisory Liaison for CAB at telloyd@isdh.in.gov. or by
calling Lisa at 317-233-7744.
