The Comprehensive HIV Services Advisory and Planning Council (Advisory Council) is split into four committees - Executive Committee, Evaluation Committee, Planning Committee, and CAB Committee

The Consumer Advisory Bureau (CAB) Committee exists to provide a mechanism through which people with HIV can have meaningful input in the development of policies to address their needs.

By its very nature, the Consumer Advisory Bureau members are representatives of individuals with HIV throughout the state of Indiana and their mandate is to obtain input from Consumers regarding current programs and/or deficiencies (needs) in programs and then make known those needs (provided through input from the Consumer) to the Advisory Council so that these items will be considered as the Advisory Council prepares the Statement of Need and the Comprehensive Plan each year for submission to Ryan White program.
